§1 Field of Application und Seller

(1) The following rules apply to all purchases you commission via Email or through other means of communication from

(2) You need to be at least 18 years old to enter a purchase agreement.

§2 Realisation of a Contract

(1) Asking for a quote does not guarantee a commission.

(2) A purchase agreement is only made once both parties explicitly agree to the purchase.

§3 Prices, Shipping Cost, Payment, Due Dates

(1) The prices on the quote do not include any sales tax (Kleinunternehmerregelung/they do not need to include a sales tax), they are the final price. Shipping within Germany is free. International customers will get a shipping estimate in the quote. We will let you know the final shipping cost shortly before sending out your project.

(2) We do not pay any import fees or tariffs.

(3) You can pay via bank transfer or Paypal (Paypal only for international customers).

(4) If the value of your project is over 499€ you will be asked to pay in two instalments. 50% are due within 14 days after receiving the invoice. The other 50% are due when we ask for it, at the very latest before shipping out the project. The second instalment can be paid off in smaller instalments if agreed upon.

§4 Shipping

(1) We do not work with deadlines for private customers. You can ask for a deadline but we will not guarantee the projects completion at that date.

(2) Commercial customers can ask for deadline. We reserve the right to reject the commission if we cannot fulfil the deadline or we will suggest an alternate deadline.

(3) You have the option to pick up the project yourself at

if previously agreed upon.

(4) If you attend a convention we vend at you can pick up the project at that convention if previously agreed upon. All conventions we will attend are listed as en “event” on our Discord server.

(5) We do not offer partial shipments.

§5 Cancellation Policy

(1) There is no cancellation right to a custom commission according to § 312 d Abs. 4 BGB.

(2) If you want to cancel your commission or do not pay within the set deadlines we will be keeping 50% of the money. If you have already paid more than 50% that amount will be refunded. We will be keeping any material or work that has already been done. It will be used for other projects or, in case of already finished items, altered and sold.

§6 Reservation of ownership

(1) We reserve ownership over the project until it is paid in full.

§7 Warranty

(1) There is a 90 day warranty for issues that are manufacturing failures.

(2) You need to check the project right when you receive it for damages and mistakes.

(3) We are not liable for damages that you cause to the product. This includes regular wear and tear.

(4) You need to let us know about shipping damages within 4 days of receiving the product. We are not liable for shipping damages if you miss that deadline. Also: DHL shipping insurance only works if you let them know about damages within 7 days. Make sure to reach out to them as well.

§8 Language

(1) You can communicate with us in German or English only.

§9 Allergies

(1) We are not liable for allergic reactions to the product. Keep in mind: We are not a pet free household. While the cats do not interact with the project directly it can still happen that hair is transferred from our clothing to the project.
